Ceramic Coatings

Ceramic coating is an innovative protective solution designed to shield your vehicle from harmful environmental elements such as UV rays, dirt, and pollutants. With ceramic coating, you'll enjoy a brilliant shine that lasts longer than traditional wax, while significantly reducing the risk of scratches and etching. Ideal for car enthusiasts and everyday drivers alike, this service ensures your vehicle remains in pristine condition, preserving its value and appearance over time.

Key Steps in the Ceramic Coating Process

Step 1

Thorough Wash: Deep clean the entire vehicle from top to bottom to remove loose dirt, grime, and debris, often using a pH-neutral soap and foam cannon.

Step 4

Paint Correction (Polishing): (Optional but Recommended) Machine polish the paint using compounds and pads to remove micro-scratches, swirls, and imperfections, creating a perfectly smooth, defect-free surface for the coating to bond to.

Step 2

Decontamination:

Chemical Decontamination: Use an iron remover (iron decon spray) to dissolve embedded brake dust and industrial fallout.

Mechanical Decontamination: Use a clay bar or clay mitt with lubricant to physically lift bonded contaminants that washing missed, moving in straight lines.

Step 5

Panel Prep: Wipe down the entire surface with an Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) solution or dedicated panel prep spray to strip away all polishing oils, wax residue, and contaminants, ensuring bare, pure paint.

Final Step

Coating Application:

Wear gloves and apply the liquid coating to a micro-suede applicator pad, working in small sections (e.g., 2x2 ft).

Apply in overlapping, straight lines (up/down, then side/side) for even coverage.

Watch for the coating to "flash" or develop a rainbow/streaky look, indicating it's ready for removal.

Buff off the excess immediately with a clean, soft microfiber towel, then follow with a second buffing pass.

After Care Curing Process

NOTE, VERY INPORTANT-Curing Period: 

  • Initial Cure:

    Allow the coating to cure for the recommended time (usually 24-48 hours)

  • Try not to drive your vehicle during this time.

  • Keep dry, try not to expose it to water.

  • Full Cure:

    The coating will continue to cure over a few weeks, so avoid harsh cleaning methods during this time.

  • It's best to allow the coating to cure in the shade or indoors where temperature and sunlight exposure can be controlled. 

  • Do NOT wash a vehicle for at least two-weeks after receiving delivery of your ceramic coated vehicle.

  • Keep it covered and protected from rain, bird droppings, tree sap, and dust to prevent them from embedding in the coating before it hardens.

In short, it largely keeps itself clean. Seriously.Dirt, water, and elements roll right off allowing longer periods between washes. Plus, when you do wash it, the repellent coating causes the water to essentially bind to whatever dirt there may be making for an easy wash/rinse !

  • Glass: After application, not only will your glass be protected from the elements, but it will also be protected from scratches & swirls.

  • Trim and Plastics: Our ceramic coatings are chemically formulated to protect and promote the longevity of all trim and plastics (inside out out). Fading, scratches, cracks, and material breakdown will be a thought of the past once coated.
